The Sewa Philosophy
SEWA stands for Social Empowerment through Work Education and Action. It is one of four strands in the CBSE system that mainstreams HPE. SEWA is a program that aims to focus on the mental, emotional, and social health of a student. SEWA includes Environmental projects, Civic responsibilities, Democracy projects, Health and fitness projects and various International projects.
Aim
To develop a person's intellectual, personal, emotional, and social growth. Learners participating in this program are encouraged to embrace a mindset of lifelong learning, continuously seeking knowledge and growth. Through experiential learning, they are provided with opportunities to engage actively, becoming not only informed citizens but also empathetic and compassionate human beings who contribute positively to their communities.

Concurrently, our program introduces students to a world of prestigious fellowships like the Obama Fellowship and Thiel Fellowship, guiding them on how to become exemplary candidates for such global recognitions.Simplifying Skills with this is also launching Simplifying Skills fellowship Grant worth INR 2 crore Globally.
The program aims to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in areas such as STEM, arts, languages, or leadership, and life skills preparing them for academic and professional success. The purpose is to help students define a career path, explore the same and achieve success in it rather than going only after 2-3 generic available options. The Simplifying Skills Fellowship Grant is a pioneering initiative under the umbrella of the NextGen Innovators program, aimed at recognizing and nurturing exceptional young talents across the globe who are poised to become future leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs. With a substantial fund of 2 crore INR, the grant is designed to support the top 20 students worldwide, offering them the financial backing needed to explore, innovate, and contribute to the technological and entrepreneurial landscape of the future.
Courses were crafted by educational experts with a ground up research and development for the last 3 years These courses are curated by keeping in the thought process and specialisation in different careers which students will have in future. The focus of these deliverables is to focus more on practical project based learning.These courses are taught by experienced instructors specialising in their fields.

where students can fill out a registration form and submit necessary documents. They can also do the same from their schools.
The students who are doing registrations from schools can pay the fees in schools itself.There is a nominal fee INR 3999 plus GST payable online via credit/debit card or bank transfer.This fee is applicable in Early bird offer for first 100 School Participants. This can also be done at no cost Emis.
Each course mentioned above will be delivered in flexible hours in coordination with Schools curriculum and exams. The duration will be 60 hours per subject.
It’s a hybrid program with both online and in-person sessions.
Participants should dedicate about 5 hours per week.
There will not be any kind of homework but there will be different kinds of tasks which students will be assigned to gain the practical real life skills along with the projects to reinforce learning and allow skill application.
Feedback can be given via surveys, emails, social media platforms, Google or an online portal.
Parents receive regular updates and can attend informational sessions.
Students can discuss their situation with coordinators to find a solution, such as joining a later session.
The Process for Next Gen innovators is as follows.
- Registration: The students will register with schools or directly on the website and choose the area of expertise to study.
- Training: The training will start from 15th June, 2024.
- Assessment: Post training there will be two assessments, Psychometric evolution and Subject test.
- Certifications and Rewards
Each student has to choose 1 subject of expertise.
